Omniscience Cards & Games Community Code of Conduct

All customers, players, spectators and staff members are asked to adhere to the following:

1. It’s about the friends we made along the way!
Competition is a part of our games, but win or lose, please keep it friendly, respectful, and fun.
Disrespectful behavior towards your opponents or Staff Members will not be tolerated.

2. Did a sailor teach you how to talk?
Please keep the language you use within our walls family friendly.
Excessive vulgarity, or shaming language do not belong in our store.
Foul language that may make people feel unsafe or unwelcome will not be tolerated.

3. Welcome One! Welcome All!
We take great pride in being able to create a safe space for anyone and everyone to enjoy our favorite games.
We do not tolerate any discrimination based on people’s age, race, religion, color, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.

4. Don’t be a Cheaty McCheatface!
Games are only fun when everyone follows the rules.
Cheating is a surefire way to make all the victories empty and meaningless.
Knowingly breaking the rules or providing misinformation will result in disqualification.

5. No Five Finger Discount!
Theft of property belonging to the store or otherwise is not tolerated.
Any offenders will be banned from the store and reported to local law enforcement agencies and other governing bodies.

6. Roses are red, violets are blue,
flowers smell good and so should you!
Personal hygiene is an essential etiquette for sharing space with others in enclosed places.
If you haven’t taken a shower or washed your clothes in a while,
please join us after you’ve taken some time for selfcare.

7. Zero Tolerance!
Harassment or any violent behavior is strictly prohibited.
Unwanted physical contact, threats, heckling or jeering, or any other form of
rude, offensive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

*If you witness or experience harassment or other unwanted behavior, please speak to a Staff Member to report the incident or discuss a potential concern. We strongly encourage guests to reach out as soon as possible.

Omniscience Cards & Games reserves the right to refuse service to anyone in violation of the community code of conduct. Violators may be asked to leave the premises at any time at management’s sole discretion, and be prohibited from participating in future events.
